Primetel Opens Its Medical Clinic

We are proud to announce that Primetel has officially been licensed as a medical clinic by the Ministry of Health, Tanzania. This milestone marks a major step forward in our journey to provide accessible, integrated, and high-quality healthcare services to underserved communities. With this license, Primetel is now recognized as a fully accredited health facility, strengthening our capacity to deliver both primary healthcare and mental health services under one roof. The clinic will not only serve walk-in patients but will also complement our USSD telehealth platform and the dedicated work of our Community Health Workers (CHWs) in rural areas. By operating as a licensed medical clinic, we can now: 1. Offer comprehensive consultations, diagnostic services, and pharmacy support. 2. Strengthen referral pathways between CHWs, schools, and the clinic. 3. Provide a more holistic model of care, combining in-person services with digital access. 4. Build trust through compliance with national health standards and regulations.
