This week, the Primetel team had the privilege of carrying out an outreach campaign at Emairete Primary School, where we conducted an engaging training on emotional intelligence for pupils and teachers alike.
Through interactive sessions, group activities, and real-life scenarios, we guided the learners to better understand their emotions, build empathy, and strengthen their ability to respond positively in challenging situations. Emotional intelligence is a crucial skill—not only for academic success but also for personal growth, resilience, and healthy relationships.
The sessions were filled with energy and curiosity as students learned how to recognize, name, and manage their emotions, while also practicing how to support their peers. Teachers, too, took part in discussions on how to nurture emotionally safe learning environments that empower children to thrive.
At Primetel, we believe that health is not only physical but also mental and emotional. By equipping children with emotional intelligence, we are planting seeds of confidence, kindness, and self-awareness that will help shape a stronger future generation.
