Empowering Women Leaders in Tanzanian Healthcare
Women are reshaping the healthcare landscape in Tanzania, leading with empathy, innovation, and resilience. At Primetel Healthcare, our Women in Health Leadership Program has trained 50 female healthcare professionals in 2025 alone, equipping them with skills in management, data-driven decision-making, and community outreach. Leaders like Dr. Fatuma Kweka, who spearheaded a mental health initiative in Dar es Salaam, demonstrate how women are breaking barriers in a traditionally male-dominated field. By fostering mentorship and providing access to funding, we aim to double our program’s impact by 2026. This initiative not only uplifts women but also strengthens healthcare systems, as diverse leadership drives better patient outcomes.
